We’ll be offering the exact same product as we do in our Worthing and Brighton personal training gyms – Small Group Personal Training.
What is Small Group Personal Training?
It’s effectively 1-2-1 personal training, whereby you’ll receive a tailored workout based around your needs and wants.
But you get to enjoy your training with likeminded people.

Who is it for?
Strictly speaking we help anyone! However, you’ll probably fall into one or more of these categories…
1. Wouldn’t consider yourself a gym person.
2. Aren’t sure what to do in the gym environment.
3. Feel intimidated by the idea of the weights area.
4. You struggle to motivate yourself or stay consistent.

What are our opening hours?
🗓️ Monday – Saturday
⏰ 6am – 8pm (slightly shorter on a Saturday)
We run up to 12 Small Group Personal Training sessions per day – so LOTS of availability!
