Sleep. Something we tend to sacrifice but it is arguably as important as exercising or our nutrition.

Now we have established the benefits of sleep for our training, how do we actually improve our sleep?

  • Exercise regularly, which can be easily achieved by using our booking app to hold yourself accountable
  • Optimize your bedroom environment by reducing sound and lighting and having a comfy bed & pillow!
  • Avoid electronics 1 hour before bedtime
  • Reduce alcohol consumption
  • Don’t consume caffeine past 12:00 pm
  • Try sleep and wake up at consistent times
  • Make your room temperature nice and cool
  • Relax and clear your mind in the evening
